Get Ready for a New Digital Banking Experience

Payment and Account Information

Northfield Bank is upgrading your Digital Banking experience on June 9th! Please review the information below related to payments and account information.

ACCOUNT HISTORY

Up to 18 months of transaction history will be available in your new Digital Banking platform when it goes live on Monday, June 9, 2025. 

BILL PAYMENT AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

Your existing Bill Payment Vendors/Payees and E-Bills will be transferred to the new Digital Banking platform and no action is required on your part. 

E-STATEMENTS

If you are currently enrolled in e-statements, no action is required and you will continue to receive your statements electronically.

If you are not currently enrolled in e-statements and would like to enroll, click the “Settings” link in the main navigation bar and then choose “Statement Delivery Preferences” within the “Preferences” section to select e-statements for each account you would like to enroll.

SCHEDULED INTERNAL TRANSFERS

Recurring and scheduled internal transfers between your Northfield accounts will automatically move over to the new Digital Banking platform and no action is required on your part.

DO NOT schedule internal transfers to take place between June 6, 2025 and June 9, 2025, as transfers will not process on those days.  External transfers to accounts at other banks will not be affected.

ZELLE®

If you are currently enrolled in Zelle® with your Northfield Bank account there will be no changes to your Zelle® account after the upgrade. Please note that Zelle® access will not be available when Digital Banking is in View Only Mode from June 6, 2025 at 4:00pm EST until Monday June 9, 2025 at 9:00am EST.
