  2.  Certain terms, conditions and exclusions apply. In order for the coverage to apply, you must charge your eligible cellular wireless bill to your covered TCM Bank-issued card.   3.  In as little as 13 months of responsible use, you become eligible for an account review for graduation to an unsecured credit card. In order to graduate, you must make on-time payments, spend within your credit limit, have a credit score of at least 660, and have no delinquencies in 12 months. If your account becomes 30 days delinquent, we will close the account and use your security deposit to pay any outstanding balances. Any remaining funds will be returned to you within 90 days of account closing.
  4.  Coverage applies when the entire cost of the fare (less redeemable certificates, vouchers, or coupons) has been charged to the card. Your account must be in good standing. Restrictions to coverage may apply.
