Eliminate paper bank statements being sent by mail by enrolling in e-statements.  Your e-statements can be accessed securely within your online banking accounts and are archived for future reference.

Sign Up for Account Alerts

Enroll in Online/Mobile Banking to get notified of specified transactions, withdrawals, and balance thresholds.

Set Strong Passwords

Utilize strong passwords or a passphrase for online and mobile banking that have a long character length and include special characters. Be sure to change your password on a regular basis.

Enable Face ID Technology for the Mobile App

Avoid signing in to the Northfield Mobile App with your username and password by enabling Face ID technology.

Keep your Computer Antivirus Software Up-to-Date

Be sure to use Antivirus software on your personal or business computers and keep them up-to-date for the greatest protection from threats of malware or viruses.

Utilize our Card Hub Feature for Debit Cards

Card Hub within the mobile app is ideal for cardholders who want to manage their debit cards to control spending and take steps to prevent fraud.

  • When you turn your card "off” through the Card Hub, no withdrawals or purchases will be approved.
  • Real-time alerts keep you informed when your card is used or declined.
  • Transaction controls set up by you allow your card to work only in specific locations or geographic areas.
  • Set spending limits for general use or specify thresholds by merchant types, such as gas, groceries or retail stores.
