E-Statement Enrollment Instructions

Go paperless with Northfield Bank e-Statements! They’re a safe, secure, and convenient way to view your bank statements right inside your Digital Banking account.

Once you’re enrolled, we’ll send you an email whenever your statement is ready. Just log in to your Digital Banking account to view both current and past statements—anytime you need them.

Follow the simple steps below to enroll your Northfield Bank accounts in e-Statements. If you have any questions, our friendly Digital Banking Team is happy to help at (833) 301-NFBK.

You can access your Digital Banking account by clicking the “Login” button in the upper-right corner of any page on the Northfield website, or by using our Mobile App.

Don’t have Digital Banking yet? No problem—just click “Enroll” on your computer or in the mobile app login screen, then follow the easy steps to get started.

You can find your statement delivery options in your Digital Banking Account Settings.

On your computer, click the “Settings” link in the blue navigation bar. Using the Mobile App? Just tap the “Menu” link to get there.

In your Digital Banking Account Settings—on either your computer or the mobile app—scroll down to the “Preferences” section, then select “Statement Delivery Preferences.”

The E-Sign Act requires us to confirm that you can view a PDF document.

First, click the “Get Code” button under Step One. A new browser window will open with a code.

Go back to your Digital Banking window, type the code into the “Enter Code” field in Step Two, and then click “Verify.”

Once you enter the code and click “Verify,” a pop-up will appear confirming that your PDF verification is complete. Just click “Close” to move on to the next step.

Choose “Electronic Statements” from the drop-down menu for each account you’d like to enroll.

Double-check that the email address shown on this page is correct, since that’s where we’ll send your statement notifications. Need to make a change? Just click the “Change Address” link to update it.

At the bottom of the screen, check the box next to “I accept the Statement Delivery Disclosure.” A pop-up will appear with the full disclosure—read it through, then click “Accept” when you’re ready to continue.

When you’re done, click the “Submit” button in the lower-right corner. You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know your statement delivery preferences have been updated. Simply close the box and continue using Digital Banking as usual.

Need to make changes later? You can update your Statement Delivery Preferences anytime from the Settings menu.

A. Yes, Digital Banking is required for e-statements.

A. Your e-statement will look exactly like your paper statement.

Q. Can I print my e-statement?
A. Yes, you can download your e-statement to your computer or phone and print.

Q. Can I save a copy of my statement on my computer?
A. Yes, you can download your e-statement in a PDF format and save to your computer.

Q. What if I want to switch back to paper statements?
A. Switching back to paper statements is easy and can be done by updating your Statement Delivery Preferences in your Digital Banking Account Settings.
