On Monday, June 9, 2025, Northfield Bank is upgrading your Digital Banking experience to provide a more seamless, secure, and user-friendly platform.

- Improved Speed & Performance: Enjoy a streamlined interface that helps you get things done quicker; from transfers to bill pay, everything is faster and more efficient.
- Enhanced Functionality: Access improved tools for faster transactions, efficient account management, and augmented cash management features.
- Robust Security Measures: Benefit from advanced security features, including secure access codes and multi-factor authentication, to keep your information safe.
📅 Important Dates to Remember
- June 6, 2025, at 2:00 AM EST: Bill Pay services will be unavailable until the new platform launches.
- June 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST: The new Digital Banking platform goes live!
🔐 Logging In for the First Time
When you log in on or after June 9:
- Use Your Existing Credentials: Enter your current Login ID and Password.
- Secure Access Code: A code will be sent to your registered email or phone number for verification.
- Update Your Profile: You'll be prompted to verify your user profile and change your password.
Note: Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive the Secure Access Code.
🛡️ Security Reminder
Northfield Bank will never call, text, or email you asking for your Digital Banking Password, Token Passcode, or 2-Step (MFA) Secure Access Code. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to us immediately.
