Online Banking Alerts Update

Northfield Bank is excited to announce enhancements to our online banking notification and alert system for account balance and activity monitoring.

Our new alerts platform will provide additional types of account activities to monitor in real time and will be more dynamic and customizable, so you can better manage your day-to-day banking activities. Your alerts will also now be integrated into the Northfield Bank Mobile App, allowing for mobile push notifications in addition to email and text alerts.

The conversion to the new alerts platform will take place on June 24, 2019. If you currently have email and text alerts set up for your accounts, you will need to log into online banking or our mobile app to configure your alert settings after the conversion date. Alerts that are presently set up for your accounts will not be active after June 24, 2019.

If you have any questions about this update, please call our customer service team at (833) 301-NFBK.
