Introducing Debit Card Fraud Alerts
Northfield Bank launched a new text alert system to assist customers in keeping tabs on suspicious debit card activity.
With text fraud alerts, if our system detects suspicious activity on a Northfield Bank Visa Debit Card, customers will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction in order to confirm or reject the purchase.
There is no need to enroll in this service. All customers with a Northfield Visa Debit Card and a mobile phone on file will be eligible.
