Daniel A. Greene Joins Northfield Bank as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Lead

WOODBRIDGE, NJ November 12, 2014– Northfield Bank, (NASDAQ: NFBK) announced today Daniel Greene has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Lead. Mr. Greene will be responsible for developing commercial banking relationships in the New York and New Jersey markets through commercial lending, deposit services, and cash management products.

Mr. Greene brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking to Northfield. He previously held commercial banking leadership positions at Citi Commercial Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, and Fleet Bank.

"Daniel brings with him extensive experience in a broad range of commercial banking areas and a specialty in commercial and industrial lending which will help grow and strengthen our loan portfolio."

Daniel is based out of Northfield Bank's Kings Highway East Office located at 1123 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, New York.
