Branch Hours & Access

As part of our efforts to help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we are reducing branch access and hours of operations.

Effective Sunday, March 29, 2020, Northfield branch hours will be Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm.  The Kings Highway East branch will be open Sunday from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

    • All branches with drive-thru lanes will have drive-thru access only.
    • Branches without a drive-thru lane will have lobby access to the teller window by appointment only. Call the branch directly to schedule an appointment.  Priority will be given to seniors and first responders.
    • The Ringoes branch reopened for walk-up window transactions on March 24th.
    • The East Brunswick branch reopened for lobby teller window access by appointment only on March 25th.  
    • The Kings Highway East branch will not have Saturday hours. They will be open on Sunday from 9:00am - 12:00pm.
    • All Northfield branches will no longer have late-night hours.
    • The Boro Park branch is temporarily closed.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 11:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

 

Customer Assistance Program

Northfield Bank is committed to our customers and communities as we continue to navigate through these uncertain times. In an effort to assist our customers, we have implemented the following temporary account changes:

  • Minimum balance charges on consumer and business checking and savings accounts are waived.
  • The Northfield fee for using a non-Northfield ATM has been eliminated.(1)
  • Early withdrawal penalties for Certificates of Deposit are waived.
  • The fee for money orders and cashier checks is waived.
  • We will waive late charges on consumer and commercial loans that are assessed over the next three months.

(1) Any fees charged by other ATM owners for the use of their machines will still apply.

Consumer or commercial loan customers experiencing a financial hardship may contact their relationship manager or call (833) 301-NFBK to discuss potential accommodations.

If you are experiencing hardship due to coronavirus (COVID-19) and unable to make your payment on your Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit, we may have options available to assist you.  Please call (833) 301-NFBK extension 2642 to speak to a loan specialist.
