As we welcome you back inside of our branches, the well-being and safety of our customers and employees is still our top priority. As you return, the following procedures will be in place to ensure a safe environment.
Our employees will be wearing masks, and we ask you to do the same in order to be able to enter the building.
We practice social distancing at Northfield, so please stay at least 6 feet apart from customers and employees. Signs are placed throughout the branch to help us keep our distance.
To allow for proper social distancing, a limited number of customers will be allowed in the branch at the same time. Please enter the vestibule area and one of our greeters will assist you.
Check Your Health
If you are feeling sick, or have been near someone who is sick, please do not enter the lobby for the safety of our employees, customers, and community.
Sneeze guards and protective partitions have been installed where needed and we have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures at all locations.
We encourage you to continue to use our drive-up windows and walk-up windows whenever possible as a method of social distancing.
