Getting Started
Please follow the simple instructions below to get started with FASTBanking Telephone Banking.
Have the following information ready:
- Your Bank Access Code - 667
- Your Social Security Number
- The last four digits of one of your checking, savings, or loan account numbers
Making your first call
- Dial (718) 448-0394, (732) 499-8083 or (201) 447-3600 (Please Dial Carefully)
- Enter 667 on the phone's keypad
Enter the bank's three-digit access code (667) followed by the pound (#) sign.
- Enter your social security number and password.
Enter your Social Security number and press the pound (#) sign. You will then be prompted to enter your four digit password followed by the pound (#) sign. If this is your first time calling, please enter the last four digits of an account number, followed by the pound (#) sign.
- Follow the FASTBanking prompts to enter a "password."
This is a special code that further identifies you to the system. It will be used during all future calls you make to FASTBanking. Your password must have four digits and all the digits cannot be the same.
Adding Accounts
You may now, or at anytime in the future, add other accounts to FASTBanking. To link additional accounts to FASTBankling, choose Option 4 and be ready to enter the last four digits of the desired account number. That account will be added to the list of accounts available to you. Only accounts having the same Social Security number may be linked. Contact a customer service representative if you have any questions.
