Mobile Banking Help

Logging in to Mobile Banking

  1. Locate the text message from Northfield Bank and select the link within the message.**
  2. Log in using your current, case sensitive Access ID (same as Online Banking) and the Mobile Banking four digit PIN you selected during enrollment. Click Submit.
  3. You now have access to your account information through your mobile device.
  4. You will also receive a new text message from the bank containing a new one-time link that must be used the next time you log in.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: The text message you receive will look similar to https://www.ecom01.fiservboston.com/. The link will not be from http://www.eNorthfield.com.

If you no longer have the text message, you may request that a new one be sent using the following instructions:

  1. Go to Northfield Bank’s Mobile login at http://www.eNorthfield.com from your phone or http://www.eNorthfield.com/mobile/ from your computer.
  2. Choose "Sign In" from Mobile Banking Home Page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "One Time Password."
  4. Enter your Access ID and select Submit.
  5. A new text message will be sent to your cell phone.
  6. Click the link in the text message to go to the mobile banking sign-in page. Log in using your case sensisitve User ID (same as Online Banking) and the Mobile Banking four digit PIN you selected during enrollment.
  7. PLEASE NOTE: The text message you receive will look similar to https://mbi.ebankhost.com. The link will not be from http://www.eNorthfield.com.
