Logging in to Mobile Banking
- Locate the text message from Northfield Bank and select the link within the message.**
- Log in using your current, case sensitive Access ID (same as Online Banking) and the Mobile Banking four digit PIN you selected during enrollment. Click Submit.
- You now have access to your account information through your mobile device.
- You will also receive a new text message from the bank containing a new one-time link that must be used the next time you log in.
- PLEASE NOTE: The text message you receive will look similar to https://www.ecom01.fiservboston.com/. The link will not be from http://www.eNorthfield.com.
If you no longer have the text message, you may request that a new one be sent using the following instructions:
- Go to Northfield Bank’s Mobile login at http://www.eNorthfield.com from your phone or http://www.eNorthfield.com/mobile/ from your computer.
- Choose "Sign In" from Mobile Banking Home Page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "One Time Password."
- Enter your Access ID and select Submit.
- A new text message will be sent to your cell phone.
- Click the link in the text message to go to the mobile banking sign-in page. Log in using your case sensisitve User ID (same as Online Banking) and the Mobile Banking four digit PIN you selected during enrollment.
- PLEASE NOTE: The text message you receive will look similar to https://mbi.ebankhost.com. The link will not be from http://www.eNorthfield.com.
